2018 Rhodes Dryland Traverse STAGE 2 by www.zcmc.co.za

Each stage of the 2018 Rhodes Dryland Traverse is unique. Trail runners get to encounter a diversity of scenes from the natural splendour of the Cango Caves, majestic summit of the Swartberg Mountain, breathtaking views of the Raubenheimer Dam, to the isolated beauty of De Hoek.

This stage was given a complete makeover. A new start location meant that runners encountered sections in the Klein Karoo that have never been run before! There were also trails that have been purposely built along the Grobbelaars River, which headed towards De Rust and the iconic Raubenheimer Dam.
